RE: Target challenge

some people do not have access to the longer distances. You could have a;

25 yard bench shoot
25 yard free standing shoot
50 yard bench shoot
50 yard free standing shoot
75 yard bench shoot
75 yard free standing shoot
etc...
Cayugad - it won't be possible to embrace everyone and so many categories would be very difficult to manage. Most of the responses to a post about "shooting ranges" suggest the majority do have 100 yds.Under the guidelines I started with, I'd guess maybe half a dozen site participants might "play the game". Adding many more categories might pick up a few more, but for how much additional investment in time? I suggest 100 out of fear that at 50 yds. there will be too many one hole groups from guys like you. I suggest "all lead" for the first run to include PRB and anyone else.

I'd just as soon shoot and have fun without the need to better someone else
Oh sure. Like you aren't your own worst nightmare to compete against?:)

I was not meaning have that many different catagories, but they are some thoughts. Many people might not shoot roundball but they would all lead conical, so a lead shoot might be kind of fun...

but they are some thoughts
Your thoughts are appreciated as would be your targets. However, unless this post stimulates a bit more interest, I suspect we will all be continuing to get and to give our own as-woopins.

RE: Target challenge

I would be interested in shooting a postal match. My only problem is my schedule for the next 4 months is crazy and I may be out of town quite a bit so getting to the range will be hit or miss, pun intended.
