Knight disc 50 cal vs 45 cal groups?
I have a brother who just bought a 50 cal knight disc extreme and is getting 3 inch groups at 100 yards using 250 grain barnes bullets with 120 grains of clean shot.
I have been looking to upgrade my wolverine for awhile and have been eyeballing the 45 cal knight disc.
Has anyone shot these two rifles and compared the groups and range?
I know what the ads say but is there very much difference in the real world?

RE: Knight disc 50 cal vs 45 cal groups?
Be careful! I purchased a new Knight disc this past summer. I was originally going to pick up the super .45. I happened to phone the boys at Precision Rifle and mentioned that I was going to pick up a .45. They warned me about the 1:20 vs 1:30. They were also able to tell me that none of the dealers in Canada had the new 1:28, spring 2002. I phoned what I thought was a decent gun shop to find out what the pricing was going to be. To my suprise the tried to convince me that they had brand new 1:30 super .45. I knew they didn't, had I not talked with someone I trusted I may have been burned.
p.s. I ordered a .50 disc 1-1.5 groups @ 100 yds w/105 gr. 777 & 200 gr. "dead centre"
