Default Got my Dad started

Even though I bought my first muzzle loader a few weeks ago and my second a few days ago I got my Dad started. I took him out shooting my guns and he liked it so much he bought one himself yesterday. He was able to find CVA Optima 209 Break-Action in Black/Stainlessfor $154.

Sounds like you guys really love it! Are you going to get to go after any deer with it this season?

I can't wait to shoot mine. I'm still trying to gather all my supplies. They seem hard to find around here right now.

Thats funny, because my Dad pretty much got me started last week. I asked to try his old Hawkins M/L because I am interested in getting that extended M/L hunting season and after shooting it I decided it is for me. I am now shopping for a M/L for myself. Cool to hear that you got your Dad into it.

I have a sinular deal. I am 68 years old and I am a bow hunter. My boys talked my wife into buying me a TC Omega for Christmas. I know we will share some good times together ML hunting.

It is a fun sport to share with others because no matter how long your doing this, you always learn something new. And it is fun to shoot FOR FUN against each other. Glad to hear there are more people interested in the sport. It makes our voice that much louder when we want something for our politicians.
