RE: Muzzleloader, how long have you....

I have just two. A T/C Woods Rifle for two yearsand a Winchester Apex which I ordered and should receive today. The Woods Rifle was perfectly adequate for whitetails butI wanted a closed breech upgrade. It didn't break the bank to do that either. It cost me 200 bucks in stainless and all the goodies. I should be perfectly satisfied with it.

I don't upgrade guns unless there's something wrong with my current one but if I can upgrade at a very reasonable price I always do.

Been shooting BP off and on since 1978. Had a couple DGW kit pistols that worked pretty good, a BP shotgun and a Ruger New Army which I did not care for.

I now have a Black Diamond XR which has as much accuracy through the iron sights as I could ask for.
