One of my favorite is my White Ultra Mag .504 caliber with a Nikon Pro Staff 2-7x32mm scope. I shoot large conicals out of it with excellent accuracy.

I am also particial to my flintlocks, percussion rifles. and other inlines. I guess all of them are a favorite in one sense or another. I will start opening day though with the White.

Similar to Mudder: a CVA Staghorn, and a CVA Buckhorn. I'm using the Buckhorn this year - Staghorn is the Guest Gun - and the Buckhorn has a 1.75x4 Bushnell Trophy.

For load, I use 95gr Pyrodex RS with T/C's XTP MagExpress (hornady 240gr XTP bullet). It does the trick, if I get it there...

Traditions Evolution .45,
CVA Hawken flint .50,
Lyman Great Plains flint .50

The Hawken is one I picked up13-14 years agoat a local shop for cheap. Guy who had it before did something to swell the barrel just before the muzzle.A gunsmithI knowcropped off the damage and recrowned it, etc so I now have a 20" carbine. Justlike the ones they have started selling in the catalogs the past couple of years, just I've had one for a lot longer.

My newest one is a Remington Genesis. Wanted to see for myself if all the negative feedback about this gun was true so I bought one. Turns out it was all wrong! Great gun in all areas.
