In my Black Diamond XR the best shooting load is 110 grains of Triple Se7en 2f and a 250 grain T/C Shockwave. This is my bread and butter load I use when I suspect something is wrong with the scope of sights.
Also I found that the Black Diamond XR shoots 375 grain Buffalo Bullet SSB's with 100 grains of Goex 2f real well. Another good shooting projectile are the 460 grain No Excuse Conicals with 80 grains of Goex 3f under them.
The Black Diamond with simple powder adjustment seems to be one of those rifles that should almost anything very well.
