Sabotloader.. you might as well buy it before its gone and then you will hate yourself. Your wife will understand. What's another rifle in the collection anyway? You better hurry...

There were two this morning, but after I made my phone call to a posterfrom Arkansas - he bought one - leaving the one... I am not buying it! I told Terry you had two - soooo what Terry said is not repeatable

There is suppose to be one in Meridian, ID also but I have not verified that..

Sabotloader I am sure your wonderful sweet wife only told you no in the most nice way possible.. She is only looking out for you health. Because if you bought the rifle no telling what injury would have happened to you.

Guys,

I just confirmed there's one composite stocked ML at the Phoeniz AZ store - but the guy said it's a White Model 97 - is this the same thing as the White Ultra Mag?

thanks all!

That is the Ultra Mag, but when I talked to him he said that one was on hold for a customer... maybe that guy did not come through... The one in Meridian, MIGHT, be a grey laminate stock...

philnie - if you can make the move I would make it as soon as possible - it is a great Washington gun... have I asked you what part of the state are you in?

Thanks for the confirmation sabotloader! No answer at Grand Junction, continious busy signal at Meridian ... I'm going to call the Phoenix store again and inquire - complicating matters is my hunting buddy wants to piggyback on my ML purchase/research so I actually need two of these MLs!

I'm on the westside in Kirkland, but hunt the eastside.

Also- is there any preference to laminate or composite stock here? I'm going w/ the rear peep or ghost sight and understand there may be some mods to the laminate for the peep ... I'm just a bit concerned about increased recoil when using the lighter stocked composite ML.

thanks much!
phil
