I have a Windchester Apex Magnum collecting dust in the closet..the workmanship is terrible. the breech closure is wabbly...the eyelet to hold the ramrod fell off...and the screw holes to hold the eyelets are stripped. I finally wised up and got a TC Omega black w/composit stock. The Omega is a quality gun and definitely a flat shooter...

That's my story and I'm sticking to it!!!!

That rifle would be packed up and sent back to "where ever" for repair. There is no excuse for a rifle to be in that conditon.

T/C Black Dimond is a real nice gun and it won't break the bank. Out of all my B/P guns I am using this one for deer hunting this year. Great glowing sights, can handell mag loads up to 150 grains of powder I really love it. And where it is a T/C its guaranteed for life. How ya giong to beat that. And its less than $300.00 for the gun with the kit. That my opinon Mike
