Mine will hold a two inch pattern at 100yrd I have heard of guys taking deer at 150 with the Encore 50.This will be my first year to use mine so I will stay where I have confidence 100 yrd of less. Good luck with it Practice and be SAFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
