They're out on a long term loan Bronko.
I equate them to toilet paper in the store's restroom. It's intended for one thing, but you can use it for something else, like blowing your nose or wiping off your shoes. I don't think the store minds much either way.

Really? Just about every shopping center and major grocery store use them around here. They're on portable stands that the stores put at the door whenever it rains and are free for the taking.
Maybe it's because our average annual rainfall is more than twice that of Glidden, WI.
