turkeys if you consider them big game(even though i have yet to get one). but other than that whitetails.

Anything that lives in remote places...

For me the animal doesn't really change it because I pretty much hunt everything the same way. It doesn't matter if it is Coues Deer, Mule Deer, Sheep, Mt Goat, Bears, Caribou and etc... It is all sitting behind the big pipes glassing and then putting a stalk on them.

Sometimes I get excited about Moose or Elk just because the calling mixes it up a little for me.

A good hound hunt is a great change of pace, literally and figuratively, and I am a dog person.

Whitetail hunts test my patience but I can muster up enough control to sit like a rock for a 5 day trip. I couldn't imagine doing that as an every day thing though.

I couldn't pick one animal though so I'll give this answer...

My favorite animal to hunt is the one that I haven't hunted yet!
