Elk is the one I get to do, LOVE IT! Bighorn Sheep above timberline in CO is hard to not fall in love with also, just can't have a tag soon enough! Mule deer a really cool, but they don't scream at you.

I'd say the Blacktail Deer because i seldom have the funds to go to northern Calif. and hunt for them. [&:]
