Probably more from shooting more gun than one handle as compared to the lighter "non-ideal" cartridges.

Pete is correct and here it is in #10 in black & white, so I would suggest you delete it yourself, rather than asking a Mod.

With a rifle not a terrible range. How many muzzleloader hunters would have attempted that shot instead of trying to get closer?

With the proper centerfire caliber and bullet combination, 191 yards is almost a chip shot at an elk and with a modern ML and scope most guys that know what they're doing and using the proper bullet would also not have a problem taking an elk at that distance either.

I see to many people not know the range of their weapons. They zero at 100 yards and never shoot at close range or their max range. Then that's when the animals get crippled.

Well thanks for the suggestion '06 but i'll let the mods decided if the link adds any helpfulness to the thread.
If the rule is applying to "competitor" I don't believe that site is a competitor....even mulie quoted them as a "joke forum"

The rule is plain. You should delete it. Any hunting forum is a competitor. Joke, or not.
