I bought a VX1(2x7x33) scope on ebay, the seller sent me a rifleman( 2x7x33) scope by mistake. He is willing to refund my money & shipping. my question is there much of a difference between the 2, should I keep what I have? I will be mounting this on a 450 marlin-----is either scope strong enough to handle the punishment?

i wouldn't expect there to be to much difference between the VXI and the rifleman ...however i'd check out BPS and Cabelas for the price difference, and have him refund the difference accordingly.

as far as punishment all leupold scopes are top notch.
