I agree. I suppose that the score would be the "fairest" way to judge whether it's a trophy or not. Even though that doesn't ever really tell the whole story.

well I agree, a trophy in Hunting?/
IMO< normally lays in the eye of the beholder

BUT since this topic seems to be more about a managed property and where SCORE matters
and then killing a MANAGEMENT buck, which means its a SUB par animal basically

the question is WHAT DID IT SCORE
and using that as a measurement stick for the property, MAYBE NOT the hunter that shot it

but it does seem to be the more important side of this topic?
thus why I asked, and well SHOULD be shared IMO
so we all can know what SIZE it is on the score sheet trophy meter!

well I already thought it would score pretty well, due to all the mass and well long tines,
that;'s kinda why I am very curious as to what it scores

as a ton of Whitetail that make record books are far from wide one's, MASS adds up a lot faster than many think it will on score cards

looks more trophy to me than management, not a monster but still very nice!

a management buck to me is a small rack for age....

here in IL a 6pt at 2.5yo or older would be a management buck...

so unless that was from an area where he's unusually small.... looks like a standard 8/10pt mulie to me...
