Looking for a Book
Hello, I need help!
I am looking for a book on field dressing and preparing North American Wild Game.
It covered Bison, Deer, Bear, Alligator, Mountain Lion, Javelina, Bighorn sheep, and Pronghorn sheep to name a few.
The illustrations inside were drawn instead of photos and it had recipes for each animal.
I know that there was a Bighorn Sheep on the cover in the lower right quarter of the cover.
I had the book in the '80's and was dumb enough to lend it to my cousin.
I never saw my copy again, but saw a copy at Carter's Country in Houston a few years ago.
I cannot find it online anywhere.
Can someone help me with a title or picture of the cover, ISBN or something else?
Thanks!

The book to get is LL Beans Fish & Game Cookbook by Judith Jones, and Angus Cameron. I have it, and it is the best cookbook I have ever seen for North American game. I cooked many of the recipes over the years. The stories that accompany many of the recipes are great reading.

Was it titled Dress ‘Em Out? I have a copy on my bookshelf. It’s an old paper bound book, but the sheep is not a Bighorn and it's in the upper right.
I found it a while back in a used bookstore.
