Default Favorite Big Game hunt?

So what is your absolute favorite big game hunt? The one that you tell everyone they MUST go on! Let here details; species, location, outfitter or DIY, successful or not, going back, etc.

I have been on a number of different hunts and want to start thinking about the next adventure.

Whitetail-Mule Deer combo in Nebraska panhandle (in my case, near Chadron, NE), DIY on private land (non-resident landowner).
Didn't bag one either time I went, but certainly had ample shooting opportunities at good bucks.

The one you just took Top should rank right up there.

I always thought it wouldn't get better than archery bugling elk. then I went on a mulie-antelope combo with rifles.

Hard to pick between the two, nothing like hiking in the rockies bugling for bulls and having one scream in your face!

Also hard to beat the spot-stalk of mulie/antelope combo with rifles.

Very different, both a blast. I would say the rifle mulie/antelope combo was more sheer fun due to the number of animals seen. Bugling bulls, when you get them to work in are also hard to beat. the main difference would be the number of chances, so it would really depend what type of mood I was in!

My best big game hunt that I have gone one was for black bear in Alberta. I went with Take-em Outfitters. I have actually gone there twice now. The first time I went alone and this last time I took my daughter and girlfriend. My daughter shot a nice 6' sow and I took a 6' boar and also a 7' 2" boar in the same evening. My girlfriend saw some nice bear but didn't take one. She was using her bow and let a nice 6' walk on the first night and just could not connect after that. She had some wolfs come in but no shot. Top notch outfitter and we plan on going back again.
