I agree with ratherbehuntin because if u take the law into your own hands ur likely to get knifed or shot. Taking pictures and reporting the license plate is the best thing to do

Kentucky Boy, it definitely sounds like your on the poachers side on this one!!!! [:o][:o]Since my fuse is so short, I can' t see me walking into the woods " calling the game warden" . Like I said I' d give them as much chance as they gave the animal they MURDERED,none.[>:] I might regret it later, but I WOULD BE walking out, unlike them!!!!![:@][:@]

Kentucky boy -You make it sound as though the people where you live are like the hillbillies in the movie " deliverance" .I can' t imagine anyone in American being that backwards today.

I would try to video or photo him as much as possible. I usually have some cam equip w/ me.

I would also try to record as much info on vehicle and plate #, etc.

How about this? Meet him by vehicle and offer canned drink. See if you can get the empty (for recycling......). He might leave blood residue or atleast fingerprints on can. He may leave prints on something else too, if you are sharp you can " mark" these areas for gathering evidence later.

Physical evedence is great.
