Thanks to everyone who participated in my first batch of surveys. After crunching the numbers and poring over the data, I've come up with two follow-up surveys. These are longer than the last two, but do provide me with more focused, in-depth information. They are both ten questions, but with more written response this time. They should take about five minutes each.
