Flags, I really enjoyed your Cameroon hunt report from your link to Swamp Talk. I tried to read it yesterday, and couldn't as I wasn't a member. So I joined yesterday, but they still wouldn't let me access the forums until today.

That was a really great Roan that you got. Too bad you didn't get some of the other animals that you were after, but that's hunting.

I've seen a couple of Cameroon hunts offered on other forums that looked tempting, but so far I've just been tempted...

Yeah, I always wanted a big roan. There aren't too many places you can get them. I was more than happy with that hunt. Roan was the main quarry so not getting some of the others didn't bother me much. I saw a lot of Lord Derby Eland and was in the process of setting up a hunt for one of them the next year but I got distracted by this cute little blonde number. We just celebrated our 9th anniversary on May 27. So, my safari $$$ has been kind of re-routed.
