You're right Tatonka, Im going after the biggest headgear on the biggest moose I can find. Good discussion anyway. I wish tho I had a hook-up like Super. Must be awesome to go to Alaska and hunt so frequently and without having to spend thousands of dollars on guides/outfitters.

LOL I still spend a good bit, just not 10k plus. Since I had to switch my residency status to here in Illinois I can now only go after 50" plus bulls. Makes it a bit more challenging but not much. You can still get a younger bull with 50" headgear that is fit to eat. Most of the guides up there will call you off anything under 60" and in the Yukon anything under 65" is a "dink" in their eyes.

Id like to get a big 65" monster bull moose!!
