Well the 3- day bear season went quick. Had several bears on cams right up to opening day. After that not much. It rained nuts for the first two days. Had my truck break down, so I lost some time dealing with that. Oh we'll ill head back during bow season and give it another try.

that sucks. better luck next time. it was pretty dry for me too all week of my hunt until the last day.

How is the bear hunting in WV? I was looking at their regulations this season and they have a much longer season than in PA.

This is my first year hunting in WV so I really can't give you a good answer.

jake, get in with a bunch of dog hunters and you'll see bear, I've killed more than I want so I'm done, will go with the guys I've hunted with for 20 years and help with the dogs but not gonna let them talk me into shooting another one, unless its a walker killin dogs.
