Charles as far as I have been told it's been limited to clients only but things may have changed. It is one place I could see a potential record book bull coming out of.

As far as I know it's all private property. Landowners may sell tags on it for private land hunting. I don't even know it there's a registered outfitter on the property anymore. The landowners may handle all hunting themselves. I've been researching it and coming up with nothing. I'll ask around for you.
