Default A sucessful father and son antelope hunt!!

Dad and I haven't gone antelope hunting since the population went to hell a few years ago. This year we cashed in our preference points and went at it. The hunt turned out to be better than expected. 60 degree weather, not much wind, and more antelope than expected. Both bucks were taken the same day. Had to sort through a lot of small bucks but we both ended up with respectable goats. Here is the pics.

Congrats to both of you.. A father and son team out hunting is great and to have both score is even better! Way to go!

I hunted with my dad for 30 years. He passed away in the mid 80's, and my hunts have been empty since then.

Soak up all you can while hunting with your dad. It can't be replaced.

Thanks for the advice pete. Truth be told my fathers health is starting to fail him at the young age of 58. He is starting to have some memory loss. He is having a brain scan performed tomorrow to see exactly what is wrong. I hope it is nothing serious but you just never know. I hope the old codger and I have still have many hunts ahead of us.
