Do land owners get any preferential treatment from CO dept of wildlife? How much land does it take?

In NM one might buy land to improve the odds of getting an elk license.

Pretty cute response to getting duped like that. "heh heh heh."

In oregon you can get this different lottery for having over 40 acres.
