I think they said they were bow hunting but bears will occasionally be attracted to a firearms elk harvest. Its like a dinner bell sometimes if they are hungry and trying to put on the pounds before the winter is in full swing.

I thought they said this one had cubs in September.

What is kind of sad are the video comments. The majority seem to value the life of a bear over a human.

I believe in some states it's illegal to possess a firearm during achery season.

It is illegal in Utah to have a gun, even in camp, when you're archery hunting deer or elk. Thankfully, concealed carry gets around that law.
