The backdoor used to be a way to check results before they were released. It involved making believe you were applying for a licence, and reading the codes of what you already had applied for and what you've gotten so far.

It's not needed anymore now with the new feature the DOW put in place, and frankly, it doesn't seem to work anymore either.

This is all you need now.

mine shows i got another preference point but doesn't say if i am getting a refund or my second choice. is there anyway to find out if i got my second choice besides waiting until June 4?

No, but it will show what you got before June 4.


I got my elk tag. No surprise. It was a sure bet.
