Default baiting poll: Bogus question

The "do you think shooting deer should be allowed over bait?" is an example of a poor way to ask a poll question.

Kind of like having a poll: "Do you think it is OK to kill a person?" Do you answer yes or no to this question? Of course, the answer is "sometimes". No, it isn't OK to kill someone randomly, but yes, it is OK to kill an gunman breaking into your home.

So, if the question is asked: "Do you think it is OK to shoot mule deer over bait in Colorado?" the answer I give is "no", But if you ask if there are any circumstances or any locations where it should be legal, my aswer would be yes.

That is a different question than: "Is shooting a deer over bait hunting?"

Bottom line is I did not take the poll because the results are meaningless as the question was asked.
