Where is the best place to go for moose? Im talking in terms of value, animal quality, experience. thanks in advance

where are you from?? Up here in BC, moose are all over, and the farther north you get the bigger the animals....

I am from Nebraska. My brothers want to go on a big hunting trip when my Oldest brother gets home from afghanistan.

Yukon or Alaska. Both very expensive and would likely require booking a year or two ahead. Both have the larger species of moose. Antler size will still vary. Good luck.

If your wanting quality then the Yukon. They are not cheap though but if your want a chance at 60" moose you don't have a lot of options. We have a very good 10 day Yukon Moose hunt that runs $16,000.

have you considered swapping a hunt? might make it a little more affordable to get a hunt in... I am not handy with all the laws, but hey, why could a local take a friend hunting with them, and fill their tags... after all you would just be "along for the ride" right?? and well as long as the paper work was in order i dont see why you couldnt take home a nice mount...

I did a successful DIY alaska fly in for 14 days ,for under $4,000. Shot moose ,bou and black bear.[a dream come true]
