It was about 80 degrees out so we didn't weigh him. We were in too big of a hurry to skin, quarter, and ice him down.

In ky? is tha one of the elk they released into tn? Or the offspring of one? I saw my first TN elk this spring while turkey huntin. BB

Very nice! Congratulations! I have to say, that is the 1st time I see an animal that size hung up whole on a spreader bar. By the looks of the setup it is hanging from, it probably gets used like that often. We always have to quarter up, skin, and then pack out.
