Nice! I'm jealous.

All I saw was one charge for $35 on my card which means it looks like the wife got a general deer tag but none of the 5 of us that put in for a variety of limited entry tags drew. NOT ONE!

Good luck.....Beaver has been putting out some good bulls.

It has been good recently! Now if this good weather would stick around its time to do some scouting. Two weeks ago everything down there was still pretty much impassable even out on the desert.

aaddicted,

I haven't been down south yet this year but I hear the south is way above snow pack and up north we have the opposite problem. This may work in your favor since lots of water means better antler growth. I put in for San Juan but the odds on that unit are way low anyway. It's yet another "maybe next year" for me.

Houndsman,

Did you draw a general tag or limited entry?

The snow pack down there is nuts compared to up north (im in SLC). It great for the feed and antler growth, I just cant wait to keep making trips down there.
If anybody has any info on the area they would like to share im all ears.

Good luck on the deer Houndsman! There is nothing like taking an animal with a bow and taking your first with a bow is even sweeter!
