I have yet to recieve a Colorado 2010 regulations/application book. I should be recieving one in the mail as I have points, and hunted in Colorado. I thought in the past I've recieved one by 1st wk of Feb. Have others out of state recieved theirs yet?

I haven't got mine yet.. I'm expecting it any time...

Might be a day or three late since you guys are buried upto your arm pits in snow? I'd guess the mailman didn't get out and make all the rounds in the last couple of days.? Should be coming soon though.
