    What is the tag drawing process for an out of stater to draw for a bear in wisconsin? anyone know about how longthe wait is and how much the tag cost?

    The wait for a bear tag for a resident is about 8 years So for a non-resident probably longer. There is a point system

    There is in fact a PP system for bears in Wis. I purchased a point this year. Also, keep an eye on tag numbers...they are likely to increase quite a bit in the next year or so.
