Congratulations andnice pics. I hope to be able to post some from our hunt in a few weeks. By the way, have you eaten any of the lope and if so how'd they taste. I'm hoping the does are not as strong tasting as the bucks.

For the past two seasons we have had it all ground into burger. It is cheap to have done and easy to cook with. It makes DYNAMITE chili and speghetti, also antelope burgers on the grill are JUST RIGHT!! :D If they haven't been running, you get their hide off, and quarters in a cold cooler ASAP. I personally would eat antelope over deer or elk anyday. Some folks might argue that point, but if they are done correctly. They are very good table fare. GOOD LUCK on your hunt.

Yeah I did somewhere but here it is again. This isthe video of her hunt. This is my first year to have a buck tag. I can only HOPE! that the buck in this video gives me an oppertunity like this.
