Hopefully will be smoking up some real soon here. I'll shoot you a P.M. I won't be hunting elk for a couple months but I plan on helping buddies haul their elk out in exchange for meat!

I make deer, antelope, and elk jerkey every year. I actually have some in the freezer right now but am too hyped up on the season to take the time to make it. It is such a drag out process and takes so much time. When you can have it anytime it makes it not so special.
