I saw a three horned blacktail deer once that someone had shot but never an elk. I wish I had gotten a picture of that deer it was an impressive sight. It was a 5 point on one side and a four and a three on the other out of two seperate base' s. They said it weighed just over 300 pounds and if I had' nt seen it I would never had believed it.

I harvested a 3 antlered whitetail this year, but the third antler is dead center of its forehead, and is just a spike about 1 1/2" .
I did find out that my buck was unabled to be measured by P&Y and B&C according to their rules. They consider an animal with a third antler to be a freak of nature, one in a million, and cannot be scored.
I would like to find out if this elk is in the same scenario.
