Default Bigfoot??

I've been doing a lot of thinking lately. What would be the perfect animal to hunt? I have decided that this animal would have to be bigfoot. Think of the adrenaline rush you get when a huge buck comes walking underneath your stand or when you raise your gun to site in a big bear. Now, multiply that rush by ten tousand. Just imagine having the opportunity to take down something ten feet tall and tipping the scales between 600 and 900 pounds! I know that now very many people believe that bigfoot actually exists, I'm not saying that he does. I just wanted to throw the idea out there.

Heck, I believe in him. Why not?

I think most people at one time or another has seen or heard things in the woods that they couldn't explain.

Sure he'd be fun to hunt. But where do you go to get a bigfoot tag?

Man's pretty easy to hunt. Bigfoot has eluded hunters for thousands of years.

Myself & a friend think we saw a bigfoot many years ago. I never thought once of shooting-I did wish I had a camera & if it ever happens again I will have it on video.

always thankful

I had one come under my treestand this year but it did not look like a Pope/Young, so I passed on it. Does anyone know what the P/Y is on one so that if it meets the standards, I might shoot it next year.<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

most states ahve placed bigfoot on the protected list.

first to do so was california I believe, in order that people would stop riding around with rifles hoping to shoot some big thing in the dark. and second if it is an unknown creature, no one wants to say it was killed in their state.

we guide several people each year that want to look for bigfoot sign and try to see one.

my family has lived in the northern Ny area since before NY existed, my wife' s family was here before that.

no one ever saw one or any sign of one, but they still come to search.

I would place griz, elephant, lion, hippos--yeah hippos---, polar bears, and cape buff ahead of the bigfoot as a rush with a bow in that order.

now wrestling one....well, that' s another story.

Why would you want to hunt this critter if he did exist? Jus' to kill it? Maybeso its smart, livin' like you an' I can only wish. I know damn well you ain' t gonna eat it. Personally, I don' t believe in it. From the size of his tracks, there' d have to be a long drag mark between them. Ain' t nobody made a cast yet thet includes any schlong sign. I ' spect if anybody got a good look at a sasquatch, they' d rename him.
