kirkl, don't you guys have those Roosevelt elk runnin around up there in Washington? I believe they have a smaller body on em. Come get a Rocky Mountain elk sometime and see what a big one looks like

rather be huntin, thats what were hunting, rocky mountain elk, roosevelts are on the westside of the state, i live in the eastside. actually, roosevelts have a bigger body than the rocky mountain but smaller antlers if im correct, somebody want to double check me on that. RAybow on another forum shoots roosevelts and there hogs.

Roosevelt Elk have much bigger bodies than any Rocky Mountain Elk..Antlers don't seem to be as impressive though.

Oldelkhunter, thanks for confirming that for me, thats what i thought, some of those older rooselvetle bulls are huge bodied.
