HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Husband and I want to hunt some Elk!!
We Live in Wisconsin. intrested in going to any state want to know prices would like to hunt public land. or pivet if someone wants to let us take a few off your land LOL.

The state of Idaho costs about 600 dollars for tags & license if I were you I'd find out where I wanted to hunt first and then do some serious checking out, like access, bull to cow ratio, topo maps, success ratio etc. Contact fish&GAME when you find an area you'd really like to hunt. elknut1

Hi catfish! My wife and I are looking for the same deal, we went moose hunting last year and decided to go for elk this year. I have a few places in Colorado i am checking on. The licenses are around $470.00 and is draw for the first season. We would like to find a private ranch with a cabin if possible. If you hear anything let me know.
