Default Elk hunt

I would like to say hello to everyone. I am new to this site.
I am trying to plan an elk hunt to Colorado this fall for archery over the counter. I have been elk hunting a few times before but would like to try a new area. I am having a hard time getting any info form people on other sites. I am not looking for anyone to tell me the exact location of there honey hole just a general area that i might have some success. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

Where to choose???? The Flat tops is a good area with lots of elk but tough to get into. The areas above Craig are easier to get to, but have lots more hunters. Sorry, but that's the best I can do.

i would assume he was thinking more along the lines of terrain? Idk personally of the flat tops, so i couldn't tell you. Perhaps a google search would turn up something for you.
