Hey guys, these are posted in the big Caribou thread in the Other Areas forum, but I thought they'd be appropriate here too.
I shot the bull 11/20 and the cow 11/21, I could have tagged out with larger animals if I'd been more selective.

Looks like you hit just about right. We missed it last year----the were about 20KM on the other side of LA1. The week after we were there is when they came across. Did you stay at Mirage, Kisk, or Donut? Looks like you got some caribou meat for the winter. Good job----CB

Those are both fine looking animals. Did you take them in Ontario or did you go to a different province?

Northern Quebec, stayed at Donats. The number of animals in the resident only area was incredible, it took forever to get thru the road. We had to drive up to LA1 each morning, sat on a lake and waited, six of us tagged out with 12 caribou.

can't hunt caribou in ontario or elk don't have big herds yet, nice pics.
