First BULL Elk......
.338 RUM....225gr Accubond...97gr H1000 powder......sweet elk medicine.
This gun/cartridge has taken 2 Elk now. Both 1 shot kills. Neither took a step. This last one was at 150 yards. Quartering toward shot. Onside shoulder/scapula was completely destroyed. Bullet, orat least the biggest piece thereof,then passed through heart/lung area leaving a fist sized hole on the off side rib cage.
