Usually where you've got wild pigs, you've got pig rooting.
Ground ploughed up by the pigs snout, while they're looking for worms, insects, plant roots.
This is a "Tell-tale" sign that pigs are around.

Pigs will bed down durring the heat of the day. They will come out to feed at night, erly and late in the day, and when it's raining hard. So if it's legal you can spotlight them at night. Setting a stand at a feeding ground is a good Idea. Besure to get there while it's still dark for morning hunts and at around 2:00 for afternoon hunts.
Still hunting is a very good method.
If you bowhunt or if it's in a somewhat open area, it's a good Idea to hunt while it's raining hard. The pigs will be up and about rooting up the ground in the rain.
You can also try baiting them with corn or whatnot.
Dogs work great on pigs. If there are any pit bull gods or hounds or pit-hound mixes. Terriors, etc. There are a bunch of breeds of dog that work. Pits grab. We call them grabbers and they have "lock-jaw". Dog and knife is our favorite method over here. Another methode is to let the dogs flush them as you sit "blocking trail" with a gun. Be sure to block the best trail or excape routes. Some dogs bark, some dont. Some dogs Bay the pig. Those are especially good dogs to have in fairly open areas because they stop the pig so that you can shoot it. You may have seen baying dogs on TV shows like southern outdoors. It was the episode where they were in florida shooting pigs in the swamp with handguns.
If you have any bull bogs ot pit bulls or hounds or terriors, let them out to see how they react to the pigs.

If you have hogs the groung will be rooted up in places for sure. And if you are allowed to throw corn you will find them that way too.
