The elk are there. If they have CWD than you all ready have it, and you don't. Just to say "we have Elk". What about the oppurtunity to hunt elk in true elk hunt fashion. Elk are the most majestic animal in NA (IMHO). I would love to be in the blue ridge mts in september and here the Rutting Bulls' Bugling. I don't know you from Adam, but I hope there are a couple people out there thattake a different stand than you. Elk where populated all up and down the BRMtns before we got here. It sure would be nice if they were back, before I leave here. The shear money we flat landers spend to hunt the west is astronomical. Just check out the prices of Non-Resident tags($500 and UP).
