Hey Bobby did you just put in for the 900 only tag?I'm still waiting for results on antelope,my thrid choice was 900 archery.

Bbj, I got my 900 tag in the mail last week and if I'm not mistaken I believe I can by one or two more OTC's, I'll find out by the end of the day though.
Did you cheque on line? I would of thought they would have it posted on weather you were sucessful or not but the 900 tag is pretty much a guarantee, or at least I thought it was.
I should be over there oncefor antelope in aug and at the beginning of sept through the rut. I just dread going though all that traffic through down towne Moccasin. Good luck.

I got 410 --archery elk (bull's goin down this time) and 900 antelope.

Don't really need anything other than the general Elk tag. The Elk hang out behind the house and there is noplace better

Drew a 416 cow tag 2nd choice, 1st time that ever happened, and a mulie doe tag in the highwoods. Anybody know if you lose your preference points on elk if you draw your 2nd choice?

Both sonsgot late cow 560-20. Not a hard draw, second choice for both, but we know the area.

I got no special elk tags. Drew 652-50 Mulie buck in the CMR.

I put in for this a few years ago on a friend's advice and have repeated it every year. That friend is gone now that I have drawn and I'm not exactly sure what it means when they say "holders may not hunt antlered buck mule deer in any other HD".Does this mean I basically give up mydeer A tag if I acceptthis one?

Also, anyone know the 652 area for Mulies?

Yeah thet traffic on HWY 87 can be crazy at 45 mph through down town Moccasin.
The 900 area was my third choice on my app,I put rifle in first and if I draw thatI will bow hunt the area I draw.If not I will have the 900 area tag,and I will still bow hunt it.

I'd be the same way, but I would always be putting in for the good area rifle tags.

You need to call FWP cause if you don't respond in so many days it becomes null and void.Alos if you accept that tag you do lose your General A tag for accross the state.As for 652 area it should be as good as the south part in the 700.

Jones you lose your A tag to mulies in all other districts but you could still shoot a whitetail in any other district and use your A tag. 2point
