Here is one of my favorite spots in the Clearwater National Forest. The elk hunting has become a little tougher in the area with the large wolf population, but there are still a few bulls out there.

Picture from a hunt in Colorado last fall. No luck, Elk were mostly staying up high due to the mild fall. Did get 1 flash of a bull, had no shot. Going back one more time, this fall.

Man i went hunting in utah last yr archery elk and have feel in love with it since.. Although i have no hunting buddies that hunt elk or wanna travel i'm looking for new hunting buddies out west... LOL this pictures was in an area they called Hells Kitchen, Beautiful area....

Yeh, I'm skinning and caping it out, getting ready to quarter it out. I shot that bull in '06......375 4/8 gross.......one of my favorite photos of the trip!
