BBJ....You did the right thing in the situation you explain. Shooting him probably would of cost you more in legal fees than the SPB is worth. You summed it up by saying your home at night with the wife and kids. I'm just a little hot headed so I would probably be in a bad situation right now if it happened to me or anyone else back East. I quess thats why they don't let us carry....Best to you andyour Family, you did the right thing...Joe

Hey guys,
Just to kep you all updated.
The wife is doing great,she is no longer on crutches and is walking and going to work.We got the results of last Fridays MRI,she is going to have scaring in the hip joint,and a cracked femur,they are putting her in a leg brace and are starting physical therapy.
So all in all she is realy lucky to be walking and not in a wheel chair.
As for scum bagg,
Well we went to the Sherrifs department and talked to them,they-we know who he is and where he last stayed,the vehical was not registered to him but to someone elese.They belive he may have skipped the state or is hidding pretty low.
They were hoping to have it wrapped up by this weekend,but there has been 2 murders in Great Falls in less than a week,so they said we have kinda taken a back burner for now.
I will keep everyone posted,as this progreses.
They have kinda been told that if they don't do anything,somebody elese would.

BBJ.. after reading what happened to your wife it sort of left me a little dumb founded. I don't think I could have handled the situation any better then you did probably worse. I hope your wife gets back to normal asap and I will keep both of you in my prayers.
