1965 CJ5 jeep has 64' ford 289ci.250 hp. sb.3 speed man.trans. geared transfer case has high/low, in/out, with pto shaft. 5:38 gears, roll bar. half top and new full soft top with doors. Needs brake work, tires, battery jeep is sitting in barn and needs a new home. jeep is located in Shell Rock, IA. $1300.00 o.b.o.

ne thing else wrong with it like motor wise? does it have locking rear diff. ,location state is able to start with battery is it in driveable condition

the jeep will start with a new battery, needs brake master cylender, other wise it is in preety good shape, has limited slip rear, you would whant to trailer the jeep just to be safe, it is in Shell Rock, Ia 50670

how far would u be willing to travel to sell b/c i live in texas it along way to travel?paint condition? miles?last time driven?title?r u positive that the 4x4 doesnt need work ? is there lots of rust?

i do not have time to travel at this time. paint is in fair cond. for being a 20 yr. old red paint job. dont know if the mileage is correct it stoped working from the past owner. it was driven 3 yrs ago then parked in the shop because of the brake problem. 4x4 worked great in/out high/low with pto shaft. it does have some rust in spots but can be fixed. has 1 bucket seat for the driver tilt colum out of a monte carlow, rollbar and electric window wiper on drivers side,hand crank on passenger side.also have band new full soft top with soft doors togo with jeep.
