Hitch Cargo Carrier

Can anyone recommend a good, sturdy, well built hitch cargo carrier to use on a 2 inch class III receiver?

I bought one and cut it down for use on a 4 wheeler. Has 500lb cap.Harbor Freight 39.95. That was a few years ago.Like everything else Made in China
