Well from what I gather last yr a few contest members pooled their money and bought their own.

For the bowhunting you could do the same - still researching here for this contest.

We held a conference (Contest volunteers)

- a sticker will be designed - and i will fill in details as we need to move quickly because of ordering time.

The Plan -

This is how it will work.
Either the Captain or a volunteer from the team will be sent enough stickers for each team member. They (Captain or volunteer) are responsible to send to that team.

Wewill send to Captain or designee - and it may be all free if we do this.

So stay tuned - WE WILL CONTACT CAPTAINS WHEN WE NEED AN ADDRESS -

ORIGINAL: JW!

Above is last years sticker. I now have all information on how to get this done andhow much it costs which isn't all that much. What is costly is postage.

So let's do a few things
Are Captains willing to send stickers to each team member?
That helps keep my postage cost down.

We could get enough so each contest member
can have 2.

Comments?
Last year, we just sent a SASE to the person that had the stickers made, and that covered shipping...................

But whatever you guys want to do, I am in for Team 1!!!! I have a couple stickers from last year, and I love them!!!

Hipheasantfanatic, I do understand how last year worked but was told while you sent quite a few you ended up with quite a few.

So we came up with a different idea to get a sticker to everyone.

By us sending to captains or a desingee on that team and them asking them to send to each teammate in our opinion does help share the cost of postage. Heck I am willing to send to 10 people and so is Arrowmaster.

That way it will keep postage manageable for everybody. The Captain could ask for a self addressed if they choose but hopefully someone on the team steps up to support about a 5 dollar cost of mailing.

That is the idea.....
